Founded in 1987, 3R company is a 100 % french-owned manufacturer of laboratory testing machines. For the last 15 years, 3R occupies in France the position of market leader, with approximately 80 % of market shares, in the field of testing machines for civil engineering, with more than 2000 machines in the most prestigious laboratories.

For the last few years, 3R has transferred its know-how in the field of automatic load drive and control into the production of a complete range of Universal Testing Machines (UTM), which already equip several prestigious laboratories in the field of aeronautics, car industry, metallurgy, textile and universities.

Since 2011, taking advantage of its technical know-how in the field of testing machines, 3R has developed a very innovative didactic bench for materials study, as well as a seismic simulator, both equipment targeted for the Education.

3R engineering office is composed of 4 mechanical engineers, one electronics engineer, 2 software specialists and 2 automation specialists, who design daily from A to Z all the machines and equipments produced by the company.

Our production workshops occupy a surface of 2.000 m2, and are equipped with 4 overhead cranes (from 6 to 12 tons). Our specialized technicians produce the hydraulic pomps there which equip our machines, and make welding operations, manufacturing, painting and final assembly. At the end of line, machines are adjusted and calibrated by our specialists.

The after-sales service of our machines is assured by a team of 10 itinerant technicians, which travel all over the world to commission new machines every day, and maintain the existing park of machines.
