Declamping tool " PICASSE " for PAUL closed barrels

Very rapid (up to 20 operations per minute), this declamping system does not damage the stressing grips :
the pushing system by hydraulic jack allows for a regular and cool declamping without jerks, thus increasing the life spans of stressing grips.

In addition, this system avoids "combing" the steel and thus there is no waste deposit between the teeth of the grips during a manual exit of the steel. The risk of  sliding during tensioning is limited, thus increasing security.

This machine is working only with PAUL closed anchors.
